What is the purpose of this website? Well, I created this website to share
my experiences with you about acne. I also hope that we can put your acne under control. Most
of us already know that acne can't be cured at this time. Hopefully soon they can find
a cure. For the time being, we can still try to put acne under control.
I used to have very clear and baby soft skin, but after I began Junior High School, I was starting
to have break outs. I was feeling very sad and embarrassed. I have suffered from acne for many years. And I have

Here is my regimen: Before I start taking any products
I clean out my system first by taking NutriClean for 7 days. It is recommended to use NutriClean twice a year. After 7 days, I start taking Isotonix OPC-3, Isotonix Calcium Plus and
Timeless Prescription PrevaDerm. The amount of taking OPC-3 is really depending on your weight. If you want to know more about Isotonix OPC-3 please click here to read their FAQ and

In the morning, I take 1 capful of Isotonix OPC-3 mix it with 1 capful of Isotonix Calcium Plus and 2 capsules of PrevaDerm for internal and then at night time before dinner I also take another 1 capful of Isotonix OPC-3 mix it with 1 capful of Isotonix Calcium Plus. It is best to take these products with an empty stomach. After you took OPC-3
,Calcium Plus and PrevaDerm please wait 10-15 minutes before you eat your meals that way is more effective. The reason why I am taking Isotonix Calcium Plus is because it can help prevent osteoporosis and it helps me have a good night sleep. I was having a hard time falling asleep. So Calcium Plus is come in handy for me. It can also help me eases the discomfort of PMS.
I am using Timeless Prescription 3 step Acne Care System for my face. You can use the system twice a day in the morning and night. But I am only using it in the morning.
